A community backed collaboration by the Twitter account, idvfdartcollab is organizing an event to showcase and support each other as creatives in a time when NetEase’s use of generative AI has caused backlash within the IDV community.
Anyone who creates content for IDV is encouraged to submit their works in order to promote themselves and find others to support. This is not just limited to fanart. Writers, cosplayers, and other creatives can join in and submit their works.
While it seems like it is easier to gain credit through Twitter, any social media that you have can be used as long as you can easily be contacted through it.
The link to the submission form is as follows: https://t.co/YKBu6pok7k. Be sure to be logged into a Google account before opening the form or you will not be able to access it.
This event runs from June 1st with the end date being indefinite as of right now. All submissions will be posted on the idvfdartcollab Twitter account found here.
Any questions can also be directed to the account’s straw page here.
