The Identity V STAGE Team are busy preparing for their performance of the 6th episode of the stage play, [The Abyss of Art], which will run from May 14th to May 24th.
In order to commemorate this and to bring more attention to the charms of the stage play, they have released the entirety of the first episode, [What to draw], which featured Photographer and Embalmer as the main characters for their respective Hunter and Survivor factions.
Ever since the first episode the stage play is split between the Survivor side and the Hunter side. It is highly suggestible to watch both in order to fully enjoy the episode’s particular story.

The YouTube channel, movicstage, has put up the Survivor and the Hunter side of the first episode of IDV Stage which run for about 3 hours each. It will be available for free viewing from April 29th to May 6th which also coincides with Golden Week, a week-long collection of 4 different holidays so it’s the perfect time to watch some IDV stage if you haven’t already.
Unfortunately, the episodes are not subtitled so keep that in mind when viewing the episode.
Other episodes are available on various streaming platforms if you live in Japan. If you’re outside of Japan, then it is significantly harder to find these episodes especially since IDV isn’t as popular in the West. This is why it is quite fortunate and generous of them to put up an episode for free even if it is limited time viewing.
Let’s hope they do more episodes in the future!

[Synopsis]
One night, a lone embalmer passes through the gates of a manor. Through clues provided in his letter, he arrives at this place and learns from the ones who came before him some unbelievable things.
One: You can never ever leave this manor.
Two: You will face off against terrifying Hunters every day in a special “game.”
Three: Your participation in the game is confirmed if you receive a letter. You can’t escape.
